Home Made Cocktail Sausage Rolls using your own Puff Pastry

INGREDIENTS

Puff pastry
500g plain flour
250g butter
squeeze lemon
teaspoon salt

See demonstration 10:15am Saturday at the Orange Region Farmer’s Market

Sausage filling
1kg of sausage mince
1/2 loaf soaked bread
1 tsp beef stock
1/2 tsp garlic salt
dash tomato sauce
tsp mix herbs

Pipe mixture onto puff pastry, roll and seal and bake 30mins at 200 degrees C.

Serve. Watch them disappear with adults and kids alike!
